OC2B is an open/closed chassis motor control that has been designed as building block solid state regulated power unit. OC2B uses state of the art control circuitry which can be used by itself, by wiring in the provided speed potentiometer as a straightforward speed regulated control or can be incorporated into much more sophisticated system designs contactor operation, external speed programming and tach feedback etc.
Pre-Engineered Systems
Polyspede Type SC Systems Control is the flexible, cost effective way to form compact mini-systems for manual or automatic motion control. It combines the popular OC-2 SCR, DC drives with pre designed options and logic circuits. Three drive groups and four option groups insure fast economical systems makeup.

Iso-Volt II
The Iso-Volt II circuit board is a signal isolator and conditioner. This board can process a wide range of DC voltage or current signals into an isolated 0-6 VDC output for speed or torque programming of a Polyspede motor control.

Master Reference Supply
The Master Reference Supply Board is designed for multiple-motor control applications. It is a variable voltage power supply with a 0-6 VDC output controlled by an external potentiometer.

Speed Activated Relay
The Speed Activated Relay (SAR) is an adjustable, voltage-sensitive relay. When provided with an input signal from a tachometer generator or motor control, the SAR can be adjusted to activate or release at a predetermined signal voltage level.

Loadtrol
Loadtrol enables maximum material processing for applications with an AC processing motor and a DC feeder motor. Loadtrol monitors the load on the AC motor and automatically regulates the speed of the DC motor to maintain a constant load on the AC motor.

Dancer
The Dancer control board is designed for DC motor applications requiring torque or speed control by means of a dancer mechanism. Its purpose is to maintain a constant tension on any material between two nip points.

Auto-Wind
The Auto-Wind constant tension center-wind drive system automatically torque-programs a DC motor-driven centerwinder to keep tension constant as roll size increases.
